UPDATED: 'Wichita Massacre' death sentences overturned Jonathan Carr, Reginald Carr

The Kansas Supreme Court on Friday overturned death sentences for two brothers,
Jonathan and Reginald Carr, convicted in the 2000 execution-style murder of four people on a snowy soccer field in Wichita, ruling that the trial judge erred in refusing to conduct separate penalty phases for the two men.

Their December 2000 crime spree, known as the Wichita Massacre, included the kidnapping of three men and two women in a home invasion that included rape and sexual humiliation.

Since there was reportedly no prima facie evidence of racial motivation, only that the victims were white and the Carr brothers are niggers, Sedgwick County District Attorney Nola Foulston decided not to treat the incident as a hate crime. Media commentators David Horowitz, Michelle Malkin, and Thomas Sowell all stated that the crime did not garner much airtime or space in the national mainstream media due to political correctness.

I see this sort of thing in Florida way too often. Niggers having guilty verdicts overturned, or mistrials declared, not because the nigger denies any of the horrific violent charges against it, but because of some legal technicality that nobody other than the "judge" seems to understand. I believe these so-called judges should be held responsible, or at least required to spend a period of five or ten years handcuffed to the nigger that it releases in this careless manner. Perhaps then our appointed and elected officials would take their duties and responsibilities more seriously.

I can only hope that this means that these sub-humans will spend the rest of their misbegotten lives in prison. Actually, the punishment isn't the death penalty. It's the waiting for the chair or the needle year after year knowing that your days are numbered. That's the punishment. Taking them out and shooting them right after the sentence is handed down is like taking a dog to the vet and having it put to sleep. Leaving these animals on death row, fighting for their lives is a much better punishment year after year. Although these 2 monkeys will be in a joint where the nigger is king, it's still something.
