Fatass sow, Ho'Nique, was sued last year for not paying her rent--no surprise there--by her GA landlords. The claim says that the sow and Husboon refused to make payments of over 370K. The owners are also shocked about the state of the condition of the house--now a den--now that the niggers had moved in; Damages include: A busted septic tank, busted gate, and other damages. The sow counterooks with "Da hous smell like sheeit mang, wet dog and piss allo ovuh muthfuckkas. We not payin dis muthafucka!"

The sow claims that the house was already in a state is disarray with serious problems and the landlord also claims of weed and alcohol from both sow and husboon have surfaced. In this case I believe the landlord, because no so called slumlord would rent a place that looks, smells, and is crap. The sow and husboon wrecked the place within months of moving in to a gated coonmunity. This is what niggers do.....they destroy and that's already common knowledge. Niggers claim "Raycizzm" when no one rents or leases to them, when in fact, they're the same in all aspects.
