A Staten Island spook recorded itself torturing its neighbor’s cat until it nearly died — and posted the gruesome video on Facebook Live, cops said Thursday.

The sadistic video, posted June 29, shows 21-year-old Tyrike Richardson dropping a chair on the unsuspecting feline while another clip shows it waving a butcher’s knife in its face as the frightened cat tries to bat it away.
