I guess all police officers need to be better trained at how to let niggers get away with crime. That nigger was using counterfeit bills, a felony, and had enough drugs in its system to kill an elephant. It was combative and would not comply with officers. Police officers are required to follow through when they get a call to respond to the scene of a crime. They cannot not arrest a criminal simply because the criminal does not wish to be placed under arrest. We have that niggerloving Andrew Cuomo POS at the helm, and a democrap niiggerloving legislature.
